This is an individual contributor role responsible for the initial setup, maintenance and support of ATM, Debit and Risk processing client configurations and resolution of issues of moderate to advanced levels of complexity. This position requires technical and analytical experience in all aspects of client configurations and requires collaboration to provide technical assistance to more junior team members and peers, as well as working independently.
Essential Functions:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field.
OR
Minimum 5 years of directly related industry experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Payments Industry
Minimum 5 years of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience working on the HP Non-stop Connex/Advantage Switching applications
IBM 390 MVS Control card/JCL experience is a plus
Knowledge of Oracle or SQL
Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON and XML
Knowledge of C#, HTML, React, .NET or relevant Microsoft web application technologies
Good oral and written communication skills including the ability to translate technical issues/concepts into ways for non-technical staff to understand
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Experience using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Collaborative, team oriented with the ability to work independently, exhibiting strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $109,800.00 to $175,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
