About the job
We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to bridge the gap between our clinical partners, analytics, and engineering team. You will focus on building out our platform for our internal customer as well as to become a scalable self service multi tenant platform.
What you’ll do
Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Gathering
Partner closely with clinical staff, compliance teams, and operational stakeholders to understand existing workflows and identify pain points
Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare processes to translate complex operational needs into clear product requirements
Facilitate workshops and interviews with end users to gather comprehensive requirements
Product Implementation & Customer Readiness
Design and maintain "Product Implementation Playbooks" that standardize how new B2B customers are onboarded onto our healthcare workflow tools, reducing "time-to-value" for clinical teams.
Lead the product discovery process for new customer implementations, identifying gaps between our "out-of-the-box" software and specific site-level clinical workflows.
Work with customer IT and Clinical Ops teams to define configuration requirements (e.g., data mapping, user permissions, and EHR integration points) to ensure the product fits seamlessly into their environment.
Act as the primary conduit between the customer’s "Go-Live" experience and the engineering backlog. You will translate implementation hurdles into product feature requests to automate and simplify future deployments.
Partner with the Senior PM to define and track "Successful Implementation" metrics. Use tools (like Mixpanel or Jira) to monitor how new customers are interacting with features during the first 90 days of launch.
Technical Coordination & Delivery Management
Work with engineering teams and product owners to break down complex requirements into actionable user stories
Prioritize features and enhancements based on clinical impact, regulatory requirements, and business value
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all product requirements align with HIPAA privacy and security regulations
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to validate that software features meet regulatory standards
Your experience and qualifications
5+ years in Healthcare Technology, with a strong understanding of healthcare data, healthcare standards and EHR systems.
5+ years in Care Delivery, with a strong familiarity of healthcare operations and clinical decision support tools.
5+ years in implementing early stage products, with experience working with customers in adoption of new, early stage products and platforms that redesign and support clinical operational processes.
Strong analytical and process optimization foundation with a proven ability to balance need for a fast-paced startup environment with need for standardization as platform scales.
Experience with healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA) and other security regulations.
Must be comfortable working with Jira, MIRO, and BI analytic tools.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and building functions from scratch with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to speak "Clinical" to doctors and "Technical" to engineers.
Ability to maintain a detailed oriented approach to documentation and requirements management.
Ability to proactively identify potential "deal-breakers" during the implementation phase (e.g., data privacy concerns or hardware limitations) and working with the product team to build workarounds.
Experience guiding clinical users through the transition from legacy manual processes to digital workflow solutions, ensuring high adoption and minimal disruption to patient care.
