We’re seeking a Senior IT Project Manager, IT Generalist to join Webflow’s IT organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned project manager with a deep understanding of IT systems, operations, and governance. You’ll lead multiple initiatives across infrastructure, enterprise applications, security, and IT service delivery necessary to help drive alignment, accountability, and excellence across the organization.
You will partner closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. Your strong project management skills, operational discipline, and ability to distill complexity into clear and actionable plans will help Webflow’s IT organization continue to scale effectively.
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
