This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals at the beginning of their sales career who want to learn the foundations of B2B sales in a high-growth, international environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, building pipeline, and setting up qualified meetings with potential Wolt for Work customers—supported by structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, and clear development paths.

What you’ll be doing

Prospecting & outbound sales

• Be the first point of contact for prospective German-speaking business customers, primarily via outbound cold calls.
• Identify and engage decision-makers such as Office Managers, HR, People & Culture, and senior Leaders.
• Spark meaningful conversations and clearly communicate the Wolt for Work value proposition.
  
  

Pipeline building

• Book qualified introductory meetings for Sales Managers and contribute to a strong B2B sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads based on company size, needs, and use cases.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM tools.
  
  

Learning & development

• Take part in structured onboarding covering sales fundamentals, outreach techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.
• Learn by doing with ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  
  

Team & performance ownership

• Work closely with an international, Berlin-based sales team.
• Track your activity and performance against clear goals and KPIs.
• Take ownership of your impact and celebrate wins as a team.
  

Our humble expectations

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Interest in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles; prior sales or cold-calling experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and motivated by clear targets.
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an office-first role.
