We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Analytics to lead our analytics team. This is a key leadership position focused on team coordination, process management, and ensuring the successful delivery of analytics projects. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management and team leadership. You will act as the primary liaison between our analytics team and business leaders in the US. This role is perfect for a leader who enjoys empowering a team. Your main focus will be administrative leadership, coordination, and process improvement, with high-level oversight of the team's technical work.

4. Key Responsibilities:

• You will oversee the design and maintenance of dashboards and reports created by the team, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs and quality standards.
• You will provide administrative, operational, and leadership support to the analytics team, managing workloads, removing roadblocks, and fostering professional growth.
• You will provide high-level oversight on projects related to our data infrastructure, including data models, data lakes, and data warehouses, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• You will provide administrative support to the analytics team, fostering capability development and excellence in execution.
• Actively collaborate with global and local stakeholders to understand their business challenges.

5. Requirements and Qualifications (Mandatory):

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience in leadership roles, with a strong track record in managing projects and small teams or key initiatives.
• Technical Skills:
• Understanding of the Digital Marketing Ecosystem: It is important to understand the data lifecycle in the digital environment, from technical implementation (e.g., campaign trafficking, tagging) to dashboard creation and its connection to marketing objectives.
• Knowledge of Data Structures: You must have a conceptual understanding of how databases work and are structured. The goal is for you to be able to converse with the technical team about data architecture and modeling, without needing to be an expert in their implementation.
• Familiarity with BI and Analytics Tools: A general understanding of the capabilities of visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics, CM360) is necessary. The key is knowing what can be achieved with them to guide the team's strategy.
• Soft Skills:
• Communication: Exceptional and impeccable communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with proven experience reporting to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, manage expectations, and serve as a trusted partner for business leaders.
• Leadership and Coordination: Solid experience in team leadership, including workload management, project coordination, and team development.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail to manage complex projects and processes.
• Languages: Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (oral and written).

Preferred Qualifications (Desirable):

• Knowledge and experience in programming languages such as Python and/or R for data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Experience in data analysis for the media, advertising, or agency industries.
• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) or BI tools.
