We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to help identify, test, and structure new growth opportunities and drive measurable business impact across the organization.
As Business Development Manager, you will act as an internal consultant and growth driver for Yepoda. You will identify, evaluate, and structure new business opportunities while optimizing existing initiatives to ensure they deliver real business outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations…), you will turn raw ideas into structured projects and executable plans.
This role combines strategic thinking, business sense, hands-on execution, and strong analytical rigor. You will play a key role in shaping Yepoda’s future processes and growth levers.
Business Development & Growth
Identify, test, and structure new growth opportunities across channels and markets
Lead projects end-to-end, from hypothesis definition to execution and performance evaluation.
Scale successful initiatives in close collaboration with relevant teams.
Business Optimization & Operational Excellence
Implement tools, processes, and frameworks that enhance team efficiency and inform decision-making throughout the business.
Review performance of recent and ongoing projects, ensuring they deliver measurable business impact.
Analyze key business drivers, customer behavior, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Projects
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders around clear goals, timelines, and success metrics.
Lead contract negotiations and vendor selection for selected projects and teams, ensuring best value and scalability.
3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a similar role in a high-growth, consumer, or DTC environment.
Hands-on, outcome-oriented mindset: you think strategically and like to execute.
Business sense and proven ability to build business cases and drive initiatives from idea to impact.
Strong ability to define and optimize processes, and implement projects end-to-end
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
Good communication skills, with the ability to turn analyses into clear recommendations.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
Fluent in English (our working language)
