We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our growing team.
Lead end-to-end product development projects from concept and brief to formulation, testing, and production.
Collaborate with suppliers on formulation and packaging development.
Design, organize, and interpret efficacy studies for cosmetic products.
Work closely with design, marketing, and brand teams to bring innovative and customer-loved products to market.
Travel occasionally to meet suppliers and approve formulas and packaging on-site.
1–3 years of experience in cosmetic product development, ideally in skincare or fast-growing startups.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Applied Chemistry, or related field.
Experience with packaging development is a plus.
Passionate about the beauty industry and familiar with key brands, products, influencers, and trends.
Basic understanding of global cosmetic regulations.
