As Manager Forecasting & Demand Planning (m/f/d), you will take ownership of our dynamic multi-channel forecasting and demand planning process to ensure our exciting product range is available to our customers at the right time, right price and place.

Your Tasks

• End-to-end ownership of the operational forecasting process across all our sales channels (B2C eCommerce, B2B retail, B2B marketplaces, own retail)

• Consolidation and projection of forecast data from Online and Offline channels to create accurate and granular demand forecasts for all downstream functions (Procurement, Logistics, Fulfillment, Last Mile, Customer Care)

• Implementation of advanced forecasting methodologies (machine learning, AI, etc.) with support of Data Engineering team

• Alignment of inputs and outputs with Sales, Marketing, Retail, and Finance teams

• Implementation of demand forecasting strategies to encode product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal peaks into the data

• Monitoring of forecasting accuracy and continuous improvement of forecasting models and underlying processes

• Creation of scenario analyses to support business decisions

• Own and lead the S&OP process, driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data-driven forecasting, demand planning or data analysis beyond Excel or Google Sheets

• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with non-technical stakeholders

• Proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude and a drive for continuous improvement

• Fluent in English
