We are looking for a highly motivated Junior FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across Selling, General and Administrative expenses. In this role, you will work closely with operational teams to track spend, improve financial visibility, and provide insights that support efficient and sustainable growth.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for SG&A functions, including Design and Production, Marketing, and HR
Track actuals versus budget and forecast, preparing variance analyses with clear explanations for different stakeholders
Maintain and update SG&A forecast model,s including headcount, compensation, and operating expenses
Monitor general and administrative spend and identify cost optimisation opportunities
Act as a finance partner to functional leaders, supporting them in understanding spend trends and trade-offs
Support the setup of KPIs and trend analyses to enable data-driven decision-making
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Two to four years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or controlling
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a hands on mindset
Process driven and motivated to build new structures, projects, and workflows from scratch
Solid experience with Excel and financial systems, experience with Datev or NetSuite is a plus
