We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and take ownership of financial planning and performance management with a strong focus on revenue, COGS, and contribution margin. In this role, you will act as a strategic finance partner to Operations and Marketing, delivering insights that drive top line growth while ensuring sustainable margins.

Your Tasks

• Own revenue forecasting, budgeting, and planning across all sales channels

• Lead end to end COGS forecasting and gross margin planning at SKU and product line level

• Act as a finance business partner for Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing on demand planning, promotional strategy, and ROI analysis

• Own monthly close for revenue and COGS including reporting and variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods

• Build scenario models to support growth initiatives, cost changes, and scaling efficiencies

• Improve forecasting accuracy, planning processes, and reporting automation as the business scales

• Develop KPI and trend analysis to support data driven decision making across the organisation

• Support ERP and FP&A tooling enhancements in close collaboration with Finance and Tech

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Three to six years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or controlling

• Strong experience managing revenue and gross margin in a D2C, beauty, or e commerce environment

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a hands on mindset

• Process driven and motivated to build new projects, flows, and structures from scratch

• Solid experience with Excel and financial systems, experience with Datev or NetSuite is a plus
