Reporting to the VP of Marketing, we're looking for a hands-on website leader to fully own the development, performance, and optimization of
Zensurance.com. As our "front door" and a multi-million-dollar revenue channel, the website is the engine of our customer acquisition.
This role is a unique hybrid of front-end WordPress development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital analytics. Your mandate is to convert high-traffic volume into engaged prospects through technical excellence, a seamless user experience, and a rigorous, data-driven experimentation roadmap.

We’re looking for talented individuals at both the Intermediate and Senior levels.
