SUMMARY OF THE ROLE WE’RE LOOKING TO FILL AT 1000HEADS APAC
1000heads APAC is looking for a Strategist to join our Strategy, Data & Social team, working from one Syd or Melb and supporting clients across the APAC region. The role works closely with the Social Strategy Director and Senior Strategist to deliver social first, insight led thinking.
The role spans strategy and insights, shaping the why behind our work and translating research, data, and platform understanding into clear strategies, frameworks, and content direction across campaigns and always-on social activity.
We’re seeking someone who excels at turning complexity into clear, actionable strategy. You’ll be confident crafting social first strategies, content frameworks, and rollout plans, grounded in research, social listening, cultural insight, and platform analytics.
You understand what good looks like on social and can reflect this in your analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data beyond the numbers to deliver insight, recommendations, and optimisation.
You’ll be comfortable developing clear strategic narratives and creative briefs, working closely with creative, social, and account teams to ensure alignment and inspire strong ideas. You’ll collaborate across disciplines and contribute to strategic planning and knowledge sharing within the team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on social first strategy and insight led projects for leading global brands, including Google, Cisco, GitLab, SAP, Isuzu, UNIQLO, Meltwater, and Live Nation, in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
