The IT Support Analyst will provide technical assistance and support to end-users for all IT-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and basic networking problems across both PC (Windows) and Mac (macOS) platforms. The ideal candidate is a customer-oriented problem-solver who can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing technical support via various channels, troubleshooting issues on both PC and Mac operating systems and common applications, resolving basic networking problems, and using a help desk ticketing system. Other duties involve assisting in IT asset inventory and staying informed on technology trends.
Required qualifications:
Required qualifications typically include an Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience, at least 2 years in IT support, and proficiency in Windows and macOS support. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills are also essential.

This role requires 5 days in-office, Monday-Friday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $70,000-$80,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
