Associate Consultant – No Experience Required | Manchester

Amoria Group is expanding and seeking ambitious individuals to join our Manchester office as Associate Consultants. This role is ideal for recent graduates or career changers looking to enter a high-growth recruitment industry. You will work with Advanced Engineering or Renewable Energy clients across the US markets. Working hours are 12:00 to 21:00.

Salary & OTE

• Base salary: £26,100 per year

• On-Target Earnings (OTE):

  • Year 1: £35k–£40k

  • Year 2: £60k+

  • Year 3: £100k+

Responsibilities

• Make sales and business development calls to clients to secure job vacancies

• Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals

• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Write job adverts and create content to develop your personal brand

• Travel internationally to meet clients
