What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate

• Make outbound B2B sales calls to build new client relationships and grow existing accounts
• Sell recruitment and consultancy solutions to businesses in the UK and European markets
• Manage the full 360° sales cycle – from identifying opportunities to closing deals
• Write and post engaging job adverts and manage candidate attraction
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Travel internationally to meet clients across USA

What You Need to Succeed

• A minimum of 6 months' sales experience (B2B or B2C considered)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A resilient, target-driven mindset
• Confidence in building relationships and handling objections
• A strong desire to grow your sales career and earn well above average
