In this role you will primarily focus on supporting fulfillment readiness for one of our fast-growing segments. You will have a chance to work with cross-functional teams within Arista as well as Arista Manufacturing and Sales Operation leadership. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in helping us build an innovative and modern supply chain.
What You'll Do
Work with Sales and Marketing to identify critical deals to better support their fulfillment.
Ensure planning and operational readiness for new products from said deals.
Translate said demand into production plans for our CM and ODM partners.
Analyze forecast fluctuations and assess supply chain variables to optimize production and fulfillment scheduling.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to get consensus on operational directions.
Develop and enhance planning tools and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

5+ years of experience in a related industry
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a relevant area
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Built to thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong computer proficiency
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. SAP experience is a plus
