YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF:
Exploring and testing existing AI features within our support tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
Building, testing, and iterating simple automation and routing workflows
Handling day-to-day support requests from drivers and depot teams to help them solve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Using hands-on support experience to identify recurring topics and opportunities where automation or AI could help.
Configuring and improving our customer support platform based on testing, real usage, and continuous iteration.
YOU CHECK THESE BOXES:
You have initial experience with automation tools, AI features inside digital products, or simple workflow logic.
You have a hands-on mindset and feel comfortable testing new features, working on detailed tasks, identifying edge cases, and improving things step by step.
You are comfortable working in evolving, not yet fully structured environments and can think in clear, logical steps when things are still being figured out.
You are curious to learn and work with support platforms such as Intercom (prior experience is a plus, not a must).
You are fluent in English (C1+) and work in a proactive and collaborative way; any additional language is a plus.
You are currently studying a technical, analytical, or process-oriented field (e.g. computer science, automation, operations, logistics, or similar).
IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
Experience with no-code or low-code automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, Notion automations) that show familiarity with trigger-based workflows.
Curiosity for experimenting, iterating, and continuously improving processes using existing tools and AI features.
