At BJAK, design is at the core of how we communicate, engage, and grow. As we continue scaling across Southeast Asia, we’re seeking a Senior Brand Designer based in Malaysia (hybrid) to craft high-quality, high-impact visuals that define and elevate our brand. Your work will ensure BJAK is consistently clear, compelling, and recognizable across all touchpoints.
Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials
Evolve and strengthen BJAK’s brand identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium execution across all surfaces
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work that drives results
Design for diverse audiences—consumers, partners, and internal teams—while adapting visual language seamlessly
Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines, ensuring top-tier quality across all outputs
Mentor junior designers, guide creative execution, and support team-wide improvement
Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute strategic insight to overall brand and design direction
Love shaping brand stories through impactful visual design
Can turn complex briefs into clean, engaging, on-brand visuals
Balance detail-oriented craft with a strong sense of overall brand direction
Take initiative, own your projects, and bring new ideas to the table
Stay updated on digital design trends, motion principles, and emerging AI tools
Work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-iteration environment
5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, visual excellence, and design leadership
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
Experience or interest in using AI tools for design ideation and production
Strong command of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency
Ability to mentor others, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide creative direction
Experience creating performance marketing or commercial campaign visuals
Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX
Familiarity with design systems, templates, and brand libraries
