As a Staff Software Engineer on Product Engineering, you are a senior technical leader responsible for shaping how Boulevard builds, scales, and evolves its customer-facing experiences. This role carries significant frontend architectural ownership, while requiring strong full-stack fluency and system-level thinking.
You will lead complex technical initiatives that span teams and domains, guide frontend architecture decisions across the product, and partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend leaders to ensure we build cohesive, performant, and maintainable systems. This is an individual contributor role with organizational impact, not a people-management position.

Your starting total cash (base salary + bonus) compensation for this role is between $181,000 - $258,000 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
