Head of IT / Technical Operations Lead

Adrian Magnus is a premium cigar brand, part of, an international premium cigar distribution company, Carazo Group, founded in 2012. We operate across Europe, the United States, and Latin America, managing multiple brands, warehouses, and digital sales channels.

In Serbia, we operate through our local entity QualiX DOO, which serves as a key operational and administrative hub for the group.

With 40+ professionals globally, we are focused on building stable, scalable systems that support international logistics, sales, and operations.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Head of IT / Technical Operations Lead to take ownership of our internal IT systems, integrations, and technical processes. In this role, you will act as a systems-oriented technical owner rather than a narrow platform specialist. You will understand how business systems work together, configure and troubleshoot tools, manage integrations and automations, and coordinate external developers and vendors. You will continuously improve system reliability, processes, and documentation. 

This position is hired locally under our Serbian entity, Qualix DOO.

Key Responsibilities

You are not expected to be an expert in HubSpot or Shopify from day one. This is not a HubSpot Architect, Shopify Developer,  DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer role.

1. Business Systems & Integrations - Maintain and improve integrations between:

• CRM systems (HubSpot) - nice to have (not mandatory)
• E-commerce platforms (Shopify) - nice to have (not mandatory)
• ERP/WMS systems,
• Logistics and shipping tools
• Configure and manage automations using Zapier, Make, or similar tools
• Troubleshoot data synchronization issues between systems
• Document system architecture, workflows, and integrations

2. IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Full ownership of HubSpot setup (pipelines, workflows, automations)
• Build dashboards, segmentation, and reporting
• Ensure stable sync between HubSpot and Shopify, ERP/WMS, and shipping tools

3. CRM & E-Commerce (Operational Level) 

• Support HubSpot from a technical and operational perspective:
• User management,
• Pipelines,
• Properties,
• Basic workflows and automations
• Support Shopify stores from a technical operations perspective:
• Apps,
• Integrations,
• Data flows

4. Technical Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate external developers, IT vendors, and service providers
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks
• Review and validate technical implementations
• Ensure systems are stable, documented, and scalable
