What the role is about
Our Sales Support team is looking for an enthusiastic customer-focused Sales Support representative for Spain, Benelux and our distributors. You are the first point of contact for our existing B2B customers. You are responsible for your own portfolio of B2B customers and in charge of their order management process, from customer creation to order placement to shipment tracking and after sales services. You are available for questions, solve any issues you are presented with, and you provide a positive and efficient customer experience for our B2B partners.
