We are currently looking to hire a People Operations Partner to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position requires working onsite, hybrid, or Remote at our Corporate Headquarters in Kirkland, WA.
*Remote candidates across the United States are welcome to apply. Core working hours will align with West Coast business hours (Pacific Time zone), though we offer some flexibility in scheduling.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The People Operations Partner supports the full employee lifecycle for domestic and international employees, ensuring accurate HR operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role partners cross-functionally with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors to implement compliant people practices, support employee relations, and deliver scalable HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
