About the job
Reporting to the RTR Manager based in Wroclaw, you will be responsible for a range of General Accounting activities for several Contentsquare Group entities, in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
What you’ll do
Support day-to-day general ledger operations, including posting journal entries and performing account reconciliations.
Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and support statutory audit processes.
Maintain accurate accounting records for prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed assets.
Participate in producing internal and external financial reporting.
Partner cross-functionally with teams such as FP&A, Legal, HR, and Procurement to ensure accurate inputs and smooth processes.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support ERP enhancements.
Support the implementation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of accounting policies and internal controls.
What you’ll need to succeed
Advanced degree in Accounting.
7–10 years’ minimum experience in General Accounting (IFRS required; US GAAP is a plus), ideally with exposure to both an accounting firm and an in-house corporate environment.
Fluency in English (another European language is a plus) to operate in a truly international environment.
Strong analytical mindset with solid technical accounting expertise.
Proactive self-starter who is disciplined, organized, thorough, and able to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and a collaborative team approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, perform under pressure, and meet non-negotiable deadlines.
Nice to have
Experience in the Tech / SaaS sector (beneficial, not required).
Strong Excel skills, including VBA.
Experience with Workday Financials.
