As a senior-level contributor, you will oversee business growth strategies and mentor junior team members, ensuring that the sales pipeline consistently converts into long-term partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
- High-Impact Closing: Lead persuasive sales calls and product demonstrations focused on converting prospects. You are responsible for navigating objections and securing contracts through expert negotiation
- Strategic Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a high-volume sales funnel using CRM tools. You will qualify leads with precision, ensuring resources are focused on high-value accounts that drive immediate growth
- Relationship & Trust Building: Act as a primary consultant for prospective clients, identifying their pain points and positioning our solutions as essential to their success
- Negotiation & Contract Execution: Master the art of the deal by aligning prospect budgets and timelines with company objectives to ensure win-win closings
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing and Success teams to refine lead generation and ensure a seamless post-sale transition
