Job Responsibilities
- Lead closing conversations with qualified prospects, confidently presenting solutions and driving decisions toward a successful close.
- Handle objections effectively by addressing concerns, reinforcing value propositions, and guiding prospects toward commitment.
- Conduct persuasive sales calls and demos focused on outcomes, ROI, and business impact rather than discovery or lead generation.
- Navigate enterprise and corporate decision-making structures, including budget discussions, approval processes, and timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve win-win outcomes while meeting revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate deal status and activity tracking in CRM tools to ensure visibility and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned closing strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly closing targets.
