In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients across multiple channels, managing the full sales cycle, and driving growth by building strong business relationships. Requirements:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities, engaging with prospects via phone, email, video calls, and social media.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers using Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline, advancing prospects through each stage of the funnel.
- Accurately document all customer and prospect interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Qualify leads and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team.
- Monitor and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Follow defined SLAs and maintain required sales cadences.
