The Role
At Constantinople, the Banking Product Operations team is a core part of delivering a seamless, reliable client experience. This is not a typical operations support role. You’ll work at the intersection of customer support, product operations, and engineering, helping to improve end-to-end banking processes using AI and automation while ensuring customers receive timely and accurate support.
In this role, you will own and execute key operational tasks, diagnose and resolve customer issues, and help shape the efficiency of our banking product through thoughtful analysis and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute directly to product enhancements, influence operational workflows, and be part of building a scalable banking platform.
