About Dash0

Join Dash0 and help us define the future of observability. We are OpenTelemetry-native, building a delightful, simple, and AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil. Shape a product that developers love—all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in.

The Role

Dash0 is looking for a 360° Talent Acquisition Partner—a true pipeline wizard with exceptional

industry insight—to drive hiring across our global footprint. This is a high-impact, full-cycle role

for a recruiter who thrives on variety, seamlessly balancing strategic partnerships with hands-on execution.

You will act as a talent architect, designing and executing hiring strategies that ensure Dash0

attracts, engages, and secures top-tier talent across Go-to-Market, Product, Operations, and

G&A teams. This role combines strategic thinking, operational rigor (including end-to-end

coordination), and deep market knowledge to scale our teams with speed and intentionality.

Location: Remote (EMEA) or hybrid from Munich or Amsterdam. Note: This role requires

significant overlap and availability for US time zones to support our North American expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Mastery: Lead end-to-end hiring for a diverse range of roles

including Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering & Product. You will own the entire

journey, from initial intake and proactive interview scheduling/coordination to the

final offer negotiation.

  • Pipeline & Market Craftsmanship: Build deep, high-quality pipelines through proactive

sourcing. Identify, engage, and nurture top-tier passive talent, particularly in B2B SaaS

and Observability/Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Strategic Talent Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership across departments.

Lead intake sessions, define role competencies, and provide guidance on organizational

design, headcount planning, and talent strategy.

  • Structured, Data-Driven Hiring: Implement scalable processes, including interview

rubrics, calibration sessions, and structured debriefs to ensure objective and fair

decision-making.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high data integrity within our ATS (Ashby), track key

hiring metrics, and continuously optimize sourcing and selection strategies.

What You Bring

  • Proven Experience: 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-growth tech, with

a track record of closing both niche technical and high-volume GTM roles.

  • Tooling Expertise: Direct, hands-on proficiency with Ashby is a must. You are

comfortable navigating and optimizing modern recruitment stacks to stay organized and

efficient.

  • Global Mindset & Flexibility: Experienced in managing recruitment workflows across

North America and Europe. You are comfortable working a shifted schedule or

maintaining high availability during US business hours to ensure seamless coverage for

our North American candidates and stakeholders.

  • Sourcing & Coordination: Mastery in proactive talent sourcing and a "no task too

small" mentality; you take pride in managing your own scheduling and candidate

logistics to ensure a curated experience.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS ecosystem; familiarity with

Observability or Cloud Infrastructure is a strong plus.

  • Consultative Approach: Able to challenge hiring managers with confidence, providing

data-backed insights to improve outcomes.
