What You’ll Do
· Own the end-to-end implementation of ISO 9001 from a blank slate across multiple sites and functions.
· Conduct deep gap assessments and define a clear roadmap for system development, certification, and continuous improvement.
· Design and build the full integrated management system architecture including policies, procedures, templates, KPIs, and audit mechanisms.
· Establish robust internal audit programs, risk registers, and management review processes that align with both compliance and business goals.
· Drive company-wide cultural change—turning quality, sustainability, and safety into shared mindsets, not siloed functions.
· Train and empower cross-functional teams to adopt and own the systems, building operational maturity and accountability across departments.
· Act as the primary liaison with certification bodies, ensuring successful audits and ongoing compliance.
· Lead internal and supplier assessments, identifying gaps, driving root cause analysis, and ensuring effective corrective actions.
· Collaborate with engineering, production, and leadership to embed quality principles into every layer of our operations.
· Report directly to executive leadership with regular updates on implementation progress, risk mitigation, and performance improvement.
