Devoteam Cyber Trust |IAM Engineer (Usercube Expert)| Banking Sector

We are seeking a Usercube Expert to work on Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives, with a strong focus on the implementation, advanced configuration, and ongoing evolution of Usercube or equivalent IGA solutions. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective identity governance, access control, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

• Implement, configure, and maintain Usercube (Netwrix Identity Manager) in complex enterprise environments.

• Design, configure, and optimize IAM/IGA workflows, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access recertification, and segregation of duties (SoD).

• Model and manage roles, entitlements, and access policies aligned with business and security requirements.

• Develop and maintain automation and scripting to streamline IAM processes and integrations.

• Manage and configure connectors and integrations with external systems, including:

  • Active Directory (AD)

  • LDAP directories

  • HR systems (HRIS)

  • ERP and other business applications

• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization of the Usercube platform.

• Support audits and compliance activities, ensuring traceability and proper governance of identities and access rights.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to align IAM solutions with enterprise architecture.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation, configuration guidelines, and operational procedures.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience with Usercube / Netwrix Identity Manager or equivalent IAM/IGA platforms.

• Strong expertise in advanced Usercube configuration, including workflows, provisioning rules, recertification campaigns, entitlements, and role modeling.

• Solid skills in scripting and automation, including:

  • PowerShell

  • C#

  • XML, JSON, CSV

  • API and CLI usage

• Hands-on experience integrating IAM solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS, and ERP systems.

• Good understanding of identity governance concepts, access lifecycle management, and security best practices.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, public sector).

• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX).

• Experience working in international or large-scale enterprise environments.
