Customer Success Virtual Assistant
Location: Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Peru
Mode: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
Position Description: Justice HQ is looking for a Customer Success Virtual Assistant to strengthen relationships with our strategic partners, providers, and legal community. This role ensures timely and quality support for partners and providers, managing their needs and ensuring an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact point for providers and legal partners.
• Manage inquiries and provide quick, effective responses.
• Maintain strong relationships within the legal community.
• Monitor partner satisfaction and follow up.
• Manage tasks and projects using Asana, communicate via Slack, and handle data in HubSpot.
• (Optional) Support sales processes and alliance expansion.
Requirements:
• Experience in Customer Success, account coordination, or B2B support.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with tools: Asana, Slack, HubSpot.
• Knowledge of the legal sector (preferred).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Desired: Experience with Hivebrite and B2B sales.
