We are seeking a sharp, proactive professional to lead and execute the administration and continuous optimization of our group’s portfolio of small international companies (primarily in GCC and Europe).
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines a basic understanding of accounting, finance, corporate law, and taxation with a creative, entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and continuously improve efficient intercompany payment, cash-flow, and profit-repayment structures (dividends, interest, royalties, management fees, IP licensing, trading flows, etc.).
- Monitor and ensure economic and administrative matters in each jurisdiction (office, employees, management & control, etc.) to defend structures during tax audits or regulatory inquiries.
- Anticipate and mitigate political, regulatory, currency, and operational risks in each jurisdiction.
- Manage relationships with local corporate service providers, tax advisors, banks, and auditors.
- Explore and propose new jurisdictions, holding structures, or financing vehicles that offer competitive advantages for the group.
- Collaborate closely with the group’s VP of finance, legal team, and external tax counsel on investment and restructuring projects.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on the status of international entities for senior management
