What You’ll Do
Act as direct operational leverage for the CEO by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and reducing cognitive load.
Own executive logistics end-to-end, including inbox, calendar, meeting preparation, and follow-through.
Ensure the CEO is consistently the most prepared person in every room through disciplined prep, notes, and context.
Use ClickUp as the system of record to manage priorities, action items, deadlines, and execution.
Translate executive intent into clear, accurate requests that retain full context as they move across the organization.
Enforce executive-office standards for professionalism, preparation, and follow-through.
Close loops independently and escalate only what truly requires executive judgment.

What You Bring
Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a high-expectation environment.
Strong working knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management tools used at an advanced level.
Clear communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
Operational discipline and a bias toward execution over explanation.
Cultural alignment with ownership, speed, candor, and precision.

Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex priorities and workflows independently.
Operational discipline and a strong bias toward execution.
Ability to work fully in-office in Salt Lake City.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting founders or CEOs in fast-growth or high-accountability environments.
Background in operations or project management.
Experience stepping into ambiguity and creating structure quickly.
Demonstrated ability to enforce standards while maintaining trust.
