Role Overview
Associate Account Manager/ Remote Ops Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations for assigned facilities under Dozee’s Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program.This is an entry-level coordination and analysis role focused on ensuring patients are fully onboarded, qualified, and tracked for billing readiness through consistent monitoring of consents, vitals, telehealth activities, and CPT code eligibility.They serve as the single point of contact for assigned facilities — ensuring smooth coordination between field teams, clinical staff, and the RevOps team to maintain compliance and maximize revenue outcomes
