We are looking for a Global Transfer Pricing Manager who can help us build our Global Tax Team from the ground up.

Your Role: 

As Global Transfer Pricing Manager you will ensure compliance with tax & transfer pricing laws and regulations. As Envalior has just been established from the heritage of DSM and Lanxess, you will have the opportunity to design and implement a solid transfer pricing model which includes the integration of ERP systems as well. You will be responsible for the global Envalior transfer pricing strategy, audits and compliance in all countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Global responsibility for the design & implementation of a solid Transfer Pricing (TP) model.
• Monitoring of the TP position.
• Responsible for TP audits and litigation.
• Advising on all OECD, UN, local country TP developments including Pillar 1Business partnering to ensure continuous compliance with the TP model for TP matters.
• Manage relationships with external advisors and tax authorities.
