£40, 000 to £45, 000 basic salary

Evolution is an award winning, global consultancy that delivers real impact within the Digital Health sector and due to growth, we are looking for a Project Analyst / Junior Project Manager to play a key part in delivering innovative projects that are transforming the NHS and the wider healthcare sector.
About the Role
- As a Project Analyst, you will act as a Junior Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager on selected workstreams while providing analytical, planning and governance support across our portfolio of digital transformation projects.
- You will keep projects on track, ensure quality standards are met and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- What makes this role so unique is that you will be the second hire into our Project Consultancy team and report directly to the Practice Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on smaller workstreams or components of larger projects
- Coordinate project activities, manage milestones, risks and dependencies
- Prepare and maintain project plans, reports and governance documentation
- Gather and analyse project data (such as financials, timelines and resource forecasts)
- Produce dashboards and reports
