Learning & Development LMS Administrator is a senior learning professional responsible for designing, optimizing, and delivering high-impact training programs that align with business goals. This role ensures learning programs are structured, engaging, and continuously improved using evidence-based adult learning principles. Learning & Development LMS Administrator applies a blended learning approach, integrating high-touch (instructor-led training, coaching, mentorship) and low-touch (self-paced learning, e-learning, AI-assisted training) modalities to drive learner engagement and retention. As a subject matter expert in training design and delivery, collaborates with business stakeholders, squad representatives, and Learning Associates to implement scalable and effective learning solutions. Additionally, they support Learning Partners by sharing best practices, refining training content, and ensuring learning strategies align with company objectives.
Please note: This is a remote role with working hours from 5:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday. The position follows a 5-day workweek. A night allowance of 300 per working day will be provided in addition to the salary.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Develop and optimize learning programs that address skill gaps, drive performance improvements, and align with company objectives.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring learners are engaged and materials are effectively delivered.
• Apply evidence-based adult learning principles and leverage both high-touch and low-touch learning modalities to enhance knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with Learning Associates, who assist with content production, training delivery, monitoring, and learner support.
• Gather learner feedback and training data to continuously improve learning experiences.
• Work closely with business teams, squads, and HR to ensure training programs support workforce development needs.
• Refine instructional design processes, ensuring learning materials are effective, engaging, and scalable.
• Act as a subject matter expert in learning methodologies, instructional technologies, and digital training solutions.
• Mentor Learning Partners I and II by sharing best practices and supporting their training delivery skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to enhance training effectiveness.
