As Fanvue continues to scale its commercial teams, this role is critical to keeping our sales engine running smoothly, accurately, and at speed. You’ll enable Sales to focus on closing and growth by owning the operational backbone that supports deals, onboarding, and cross-team coordination.
🎯 The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our Sales team. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll be responsible for keeping data clean, processes flowing, and communication tight across Sales, Creator Success, Marketing, and Finance. This role is essential to ensuring deals move quickly from pipeline to revenue.
This is a hybrid role, based in our Canary Wharf office in London, with 3 days per week in-office.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Maintain and update the CRM, ensuring lead, deal, and onboarding data is accurate and up to date
Support the Sales team with contracts, proposals, onboarding packs, and scheduling calls or demos
Track deal progress and follow up on pending actions, approvals, and next steps
Own the administrative flow of creator and agency onboarding
Resolve or escalate basic setup issues such as KYC, payouts, or account configuration
Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and KPI updates to support decision-making
Coordinate across Sales, Creator Success, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth handovers
Maintain sales files, inboxes, templates, and process checklists
Support ad-hoc Sales Ops tasks as needed to keep the team moving fast
👀 Who You Are
3 years+ of experience in sales support, sales administration, or operations in a tech or fast-moving environment
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Confident using CRMs and spreadsheets (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
Clear and professional communicator, written and verbal
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
Experience in the creator economy, SaaS, or payments/KYC environments is a bonus
