As Fanvue scales its global commercial footprint, this role exists to deepen relationships with agencies, talent managers, and intermediaries who already operate internationally and are frequently based in Dubai. This is a sales role focused on partnership-driven revenue, relationship ownership, and commercial execution.
🎯 The Role
We’re hiring a B2B Sales Representative based in Dubai to support Fanvue’s global commercial growth by building relationships with creator agencies, talent management firms, and senior decision-makers who are based in the region.
This role is not about selling into the Middle East market specifically. Instead, it exists because many of the world’s most influential agency heads, managers, and executives operate from Dubai. Your role is to be on the ground, meeting people face-to-face, building trust, and converting global agency relationships into long-term partnerships with Fanvue.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, acting as a senior commercial representative for Fanvue and owning high-value agency relationships from first conversation through to close.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Build and manage relationships with global creator agencies, talent managers, and intermediaries who are based in Dubai
Own outbound business development with agency leaders and senior decision-makers representing global creator portfolios
Convert agency relationships into strategic partnerships that onboard creators onto Fanvue
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of agency-led opportunities in the CRM
Meet partners in person, attend industry events, and represent Fanvue professionally in Dubai’s business ecosystem
Work closely with global Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams to align messaging and partnership strategy
Share insights from agency conversations to inform product, positioning, and commercial strategy
Track pipeline progress, deal velocity, and outcomes using a data-driven approach
👀 Who You Are
Proven experience in B2B sales or partnerships, ideally in tech, creator economy, digital media, or talent management
Comfortable selling to agencies, founders, executives, and senior decision-makers
Strong relationship-builder with credibility and presence in senior conversations
Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial, comfortable operating without close supervision
Commercially minded, resilient, and motivated by outcomes
Clear and confident communicator and negotiator, fluent in English
Organised and data-driven, with a strong grasp of pipeline and performance metrics
Nice-to-haves
Existing relationships within creator agencies, talent management firms, or entertainment businesses
Experience working in global or distributed markets
Exposure to creator platforms, subscription businesses, or B2B SaaS
