You will be joining a high-impact Tiger Team tasked with building our next-generation AI-first Forms Platform. This is a small, agile core team (Backend, Frontend, QA, SRE) operating with a startup mentality within the larger engineering organization. Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Forms Quality & Operations Analyst to manage the lifecycle of our forms library. You will be responsible for monitoring government agencies (USCIS, State Courts) for form updates, validating the accuracy of our AI-driven field mapping, and creating the specifications that our engineers build against. Because our engineering team is focused on high-velocity coding, you will act as the operational shield, ensuring that Support and Implementation teams are trained on new forms and that no outdated content reaches our clients. You will lean heavily on AI tools to summarize regulatory changes and compare form versions to speed up your workflow.
