We're looking for a customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with tailored financing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners and key people, acting as their main point of contact.
• Understand the financial needs and goals of clients, and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
• Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients whilst using our products.
