Fractional Email Marketing Specialists (Mailchimp / Klaviyo)

We’re not looking for someone to “sprinkle magic” or “hack growth.” We’re looking for someone who actually knows how to plan, send, and fix email campaigns that work.

You’ll be the person who makes sure our emails don’t just land in inboxes — they get read, clicked, and acted on. The role spans three very different companies.

What you’ll actually do

• Build and run campaigns on Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
• Segment lists properly (no blasting everyone with the same email).
• Create automation flows: welcomes, re-engagements, upsells, workshop reminders.
• Write subject lines and copy that cut through inbox clutter — no clichés, no “newsletter filler.”
• Test what works (A/B subject lines, send times, CTAs) and kill what doesn’t.
• Keep lists clean and deliverability high.
• Report weekly on what’s working — and what’s not.
