Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Scope:

We are looking for an experienced and outgoing Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on staffing our PACE centers. You’ll join our team at a critical point in our growth trajectory: over the next few years, we expect to hire 50-100+ clinical staff for our field-based care teams. For this role, you will own direct-sourcing & full-lifecycle recruitment through to the job-offer stage, for the roles you are assigned.

Core Responsibilities & Expectations:

• In partnership with PACE Executive Directors and Center Leadership, contribute to the recruitment process for clinical and operational roles in our PACE markets, including sourcing, scheduling, and closing candidates.

• Become intimately familiar with Habitat’s core values and cultural competencies to ensure we are staffing our clinic with a team that cares and creates joy for our participants.

• Establish and maintain a network of qualified candidates.

• Manage candidate communications and interview processes using our applicant tracking system.

• Project manage the interview process from start to finish and align the hiring team to ensure Habitat meets critical hiring deadlines.

• Craft interview questions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.

• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.

• Source potential candidates through professional associations and online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).

• Assist and participate in the planning, advertising, and execution of hiring fairs.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years in recruiting, specifically within clinical environments.

• Experience in direct-sourcing of clinical talent - including Registered Nurses, Physical & Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Medical Assistants, Personal Care Attendants, etc. - utilizing various sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Sourcing boards, direct networking, alumni associations, and innovative means to access talent).

• Hands-on experience recruiting for an early-stage healthcare startup.

• Proficiency in using ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse).

• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and Physician executives as hiring managers.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Must be located in California and have the ability to travel to centers on occasion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Highly desired: experience with recruitment for PACE organizations.

• Hands on experience with full-cycle physician recruitment and building a physician pipeline.

Compensation:

We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $101,000 - $115,000 and is bonus eligible. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
