We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer & Designer who can take a project from concept to launch—balancing aesthetics, performance, and conversion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and development, combining strong visual design in Figma with hands-on build experience in Webflow or Shopify.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
🎨 Design & Concept Development
- Plan and conceptualize layouts, wireframes, and visual directions that align with brand strategy and conversion goals.
- Create stylescapes, mockups, and component systems in Figma that bring ideas to life.
- Maintain a cohesive design language that balances creativity with clarity.
💻 Website Build & Implementation
- Translate Figma designs into live, responsive websites in Webflow or Shopify.
- Ensure sites maintain design integrity, responsiveness, and optimized performance.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to refine UX and user flows.
🧠 Optimization & Delivery
- Implement SEO and performance best practices across projects.
- Manage project timelines end-to-end—from creative exploration to launch.
- Test and troubleshoot across devices and browsers for a flawless user experience.
✅ Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of experience designing and building full websites in Webflow and/or Shopify.
- Proficient in Figma for wireframing, component design, and responsive prototyping.
- Strong eye for typography, composition, and conversion-focused design.
- Able to manage projects independently and meet deadlines without close supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
Bonus Points
- Experience creating animations/interactions in Webflow.
- Familiarity with e-commerce UX and checkout optimization.
- Understanding of SEO principles and site performance optimization.
