We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Growth Marketer to support multi-channel demand-generation efforts within the Digital Marketing & Lead Generation industry. This remote role collaborates closely with leadership, Sales, and Content teams to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and build scalable programs that drive qualified pipelines.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about modern growth marketing strategies, with hands-on HubSpot experience and a strong interest in data-backed optimization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Assist in building and launching marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, and video.
- Collaborate with content teams to integrate messaging, assets, and content into campaigns.
- Support campaign setup, QA, list management, and scheduling under leadership guidance.
- Collect performance data, create reports, and track trends to improve campaign outcomes.
- Support marketing nurture flows by loading content, managing workflow steps, and ensuring timely execution.
Sales Outreach & Sequences
- Build, refine, and update sales outreach sequences in HubSpot, including templates, scripts, and automated follow-up workflows.
- Prepare targeted lists, segment audiences, and align messaging with ICPs and campaign goals.
- Monitor sequence performance and recommend messaging, timing, and segmentation improvements.
- Assist with A/B testing subject lines, messaging variations, and sending strategies.
- Prepare outreach cadences for events, product pushes, and targeted account lists.
Website, SEO/AEO & Conversion
- Assist with web page updates, CTA placement, form creation, and landing-page optimization.
- Help prepare content updates and digital assets to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Convert existing content (blogs, videos, etc.) into outreach- and campaign-ready assets.
Marketing Technology & Optimization
- Use HubSpot and related tools to build workflows, landing pages, dashboards, and automated programs.
- Maintain clean data for outreach, reporting, segmentation, and attribution.
- Participate in testing initiatives—including A/B tests, send-time experiments, and creative variations—to improve performance across channels.
