About the role:
Homera is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer who lives and breathes conversion experiences. This role is perfect for someone who understands that a winning funnel is more than just traffic—it’s about crafting a seamless, persuasive journey from ad to landing page to onboarding to purchase.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, developing, and optimizing end-to-end growth funnels across paid and owned channels. This includes driving strategy, auditing and improving conversion copy, and leading cross-functional teams to build high-performing user experiences. You’ll be the connective tissue between creative, product, analytics, and engineering—ensuring every piece of the customer journey performs.

Responsibilities:
You will own the full-funnel conversion experience and play a pivotal role in driving our customer acquisition and retention efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and Optimizing Funnels: Design, test, and iterate multi-step funnel experiences, from paid media through landing pages, onboarding flows, and initial purchase.
Leading Funnel Development: Partner with design, development, and product teams to bring funnel ideas to life, owning the brief, QA, launch, and comprehensive reporting of performance.
Elevating Conversion Copy: Review, audit, and elevate copy across landing pages, emails, and ad creative, ensuring all messaging is persuasive, clear, and highly conversion-oriented.
Analyzing Performance: Utilize tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and Looker to conduct in-depth analysis, identify friction points, and uncover significant opportunities across each stage of the customer journey.
Optimizing Creative and Messaging: Collaborate closely with paid media and lifecycle teams to ensure top-of-funnel messaging is perfectly aligned and consistent with mid- and bottom-funnel experiences.
Building Best Practices: Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for funnel design, copy audits, and overall conversion optimization.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 4 years of dedicated growth marketing experience or performance marketing, with a strong focus on full-funnel design and conversion strategy.
Deep understanding of full-funnel lifecycle marketing, including acquisition, onboarding, and purchase behavior.
Strong project leadership skills with a proven ability to take a funnel concept from idea through design, build, launch, and iteration.
Demonstrated ability to audit, write, and improve conversion copy.
Hands-on experience with various landing page builders (e.g., Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, or custom development workflows).
Analytical rigor; comfort and proficiency with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and A/B testing tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills; you're able to articulate complex ideas clearly and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to think critically and deeply about a problem and possess a strong desire to solve them.
Collaborative, self-directed, and highly executional.
Must be willing to work within U.S. time zones.
