We are seeking a Senior Strategist, Ecommerce & CRO to own and optimize the iFIT web experience across content, conversion, and performance. This role is responsible for day-to-day ownership of iFIT.com, including web content management, project management of new site features, and continuous optimization of lead and customer acquisition KPIs.
Reporting into the GTM Leader, this role sits at the intersection of brand, product, growth, and technology. You will translate go-to-market strategy into high-performing web experiences, partner closely with Subscription, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Analytics teams, and ensure the site evolves quickly and intentionally to support launches, campaigns, and business goals.

ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Drive customer and lead acquisition through iFIT.com by improving conversion rate, funnel efficiency, and on-site performance across priority journeys.
- Make the website GTM-ready at all times, ensuring launches, campaigns, and promotions are executed on-site with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Increase revenue efficiency from web traffic through optimized merchandising, messaging, offers, and purchase flows.
- Build and operate a disciplined CRO engine, using experimentation and insights to systematically remove friction and scale winning experiences.
- Own accountability for web performance, defining success metrics, reporting outcomes, and translating data into continuous site improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Ownership & Content Management:
- Serve as the primary owner of iFIT.com content, structure, and merchandising across key customer journeys
- Manage ongoing content updates, landing pages, promotional placements, and launch-related updates
- Ensure site content reflects current brand positioning, product messaging, and GTM priorities
- Partner with Creative and Brand teams to ensure consistency in storytelling, visuals, and UX
Ecommerce, CRO & Performance Optimization:
- Own and improve key website KPIs including conversion rate, lead capture, traffic-to-subscription, and revenue per visitor
- Develop and execute a CRO roadmap informed by data, user behavior, and business priorities
- Plan and run A/B tests and experiments across page layouts, messaging, offers, and flows
- Use insights from analytics tools, heatmaps, and user research to identify friction and opportunities
Project Management & Cross-Functional Execution:
- Project-manage new web features, functionality updates, and UX improvements from concept to launch
- Act as the day-to-day liaison between Marketing, Subscriptions, Product, Engineering, and external partners on web initiatives
- Create clear requirements, timelines, and success metrics for web-related projects
- Ensure launches and updates align with broader GTM calendars and campaigns
Go-To-Market & Campaign Support:
- Partner closely with the GTM Leader to support product launches, content drops, and promotional campaigns on-site
- Build and optimize campaign-specific landing pages and acquisition funnels
- Support pricing, packaging, and promotional tests in partnership with DTC and Growth teams
Reporting & Insights:
- Monitor and report on website performance, experiment results, and acquisition metrics
- Share insights and recommendations with marketing and leadership stakeholders
- Contribute to learning agendas and optimization roadmaps that drive continuous improvement
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in ecommerce, CRO, growth marketing, or digital experience roles
- Proven experience owning and optimizing a high-traffic consumer website
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, acquisition funnels, and user behavior
- Hands-on experience with experimentation and performance optimization
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics to inform decisions
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance brand integrity with performance goals
- Detail-oriented executor with a bias toward action and iteration
- Experience in subscription-based, DTC, or consumer tech businesses
- Background in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, Amplitude, or similar CRO platforms
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment
