In this strategic leadership role, you will design, implement, and manage global employee benefits programs across multiple international markets. You will lead a distributed team of regional benefits experts, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and scalability in every country. Acting as both a strategist and operator, you will develop partnerships with global brokers and vendors, launch innovative benefits offerings, and integrate these programs into global operations. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver differentiated experiences for employees and clients. This role requires balancing global standardization with local relevance while leveraging data, insights, and automation to drive efficiency.
