The Equipment Finance Operations Manager oversees the complete documentation and closing lifecycle for equipment finance transactions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex documentation challenges, optimize processes, and maintain high standards of legal and regulatory compliance. You will manage both standard and highly structured transactions, interpret legal documents, and provide discretionary judgment on risk, funding, and title-related matters.
