In this role, you will architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions tailored for clients in the Defense & Security sectors. Your extensive experience will be pivotal in leading technical designs, ensuring projects align with both business objectives and best practices. Accountabilities
- Lead the technical design of Salesforce solutions, aligning with client business needs.
- Architect and implement Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, including complex data models and integrations.
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery across all phases: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including solutioning and effort estimation.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to gather client requirements.
- Design integration strategies with third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
- Guide data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Ensure technical feasibility, performance, and security of proposed solutions.
- Mentor developers and junior architects, providing technical coaching.
- Stay current with Salesforce product releases and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to practice development through reusable assets and delivery frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of TEN (10) years of professional experience.
- Active Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least FIVE (5) years of external consulting experience.
- At least FIVE (5) years of Salesforce implementation experience in an agile environment.
- Experience in technical architecture, business process modeling, and optimization.
- Strong experience in integration design and implementation.
- Proven skills in data migration and transformation.
- Ability to lead technical teams and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is contractually required for this role.
